Ingredients
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
pieces Onion, raw
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
pieces Parsley, fresh
-
pieces Thyme, fresh
-
500 g Meat, ground turkey

Steps
-
Peel the garlic and onion, then finely chop them separately. Pour oil into a pan and first sauté the onion until translucent, then add the garlic and quickly sauté it with the onion until fragrant.
-
Transfer the sautéed onion and garlic to a bowl and let them cool. Rinse the parsley and herbs under running water if needed, then dry them and finely chop.
-
Add the ground meat and spices to the cooled onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then quickly mix the ingredients with your hands to form a uniform mixture. Divide it into four parts.
-
Wipe the pan with a kitchen towel and place it back on the stove. Wait for it to heat up, then grease it with oil. Shape the prepared mixture into four meatballs with wet hands and fry them on both sides in the heated oil. Cook each side for about 5 minutes or until nicely browned.
-
Serve the cooked meatballs on plates alongside your chosen side dish. Yogurt sauce and vegetable couscous pair excellently with them.
