6 pieces Egg, fresh

2 dl Milk, whole milk

1 teaspoon Salt, table

7 spoon Flour, Wheat, bread flour

5 spoon Parsley, fresh

5 spoon Onion, young

2 spoons Thyme, raw

4 spoon Swiss chard, fresh
Steps

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, add flour, salt, and mix until the batter becomes liquid and smooth.

Clean and wash the herbs and vegetables (parsley, chives, Swiss chard, onion) and finely chop them all together.

Mix the chopped herbs and vegetables with the egg batter until evenly distributed, then prepare a deep pan. Grease the pan with butter, heat it, and pour in the batter. When the bottom turns nicely brown, carefully flip the fritter to the other side and evenly cook the other side as well.
