3 pieces Egg, fresh

1 teaspoon Spices, pehtran, crushed
-
1 teaspoon Thyme, raw

1 teaspoon Parsley, fresh

0.5 spoons Butter, unsalted

Steps

Crack the eggs into a small bowl, add the herbs and a pinch of salt. Whisk well with a fork to create a uniform egg mixture.

Place a 15 cm diameter pan on the stove. Heat it well over medium heat. Add butter and wait for it to melt. Tilt the pan to evenly coat it with butter. Increase the heat and when the butter starts to sizzle, pour the egg mixture into the pan.

When the outer edge of the omelette sets, use a spoon or spatula to pull the egg mixture from the edge towards the center. Do this for 1 to 1.5 minutes or until the eggs are almost fully cooked. Remove the pan from the heat and let the omelette rest in the pan for 1 to 2 minutes to finish setting.

Transfer the omelette to a plate and fold it. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
