Steps

Place a small pot on the stove, pour in the cream and wine, then wait for it to boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir several times while cooking.

Wash and dry the herbs well and chop them finely. Add them to the cream and wine, then season to taste with salt and pepper and add lemon juice. Remove the pot from the heat, serve the sauce in a special bowl, and offer it to your guests.
