Wash the parsley and shake it well, then finely chop it. Cut the tomato into smaller pieces. Pour a little olive oil into a bowl and mix it with the dried tomato pieces and parsley. Mix everything well so the flavors are evenly distributed.

Crush the basil leaves in a mortar, then peel and chop the garlic. Add everything to the bowl, season with salt to taste, and mix well again. Pour the prepared sauce onto a plate and serve with bread.
