Ingredients

250 g Breadcrumbs, dried

60 g Butter, unsalted
Cream

200 g Cheese, creamy

300 g Cheese, cottage cheese

200 g Sour cream

5 spoon Honey

12 spoon Jam

1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps

Place the biscuits in a blender and grind them finely. Mix the ground biscuits with melted butter and evenly distribute the mixture into the glasses.

Place the mascarpone in a bowl and whisk it smoothly with a hand mixer. Add the strained cottage cheese, sour cream, and honey. Spoon half of the cream into the glasses, and transfer the other half into a piping bag for later use.

Mix the strawberry jam with ground cinnamon. Layer the fruit mixture on top of the cream. Follow with the final layer of cream, piping it into small mounds on top of the glasses. Refrigerate the dessert for a few hours to allow the ingredients to set and the cream to firm up and cool.

Just before serving, sprinkle the top with ground cinnamon.
