Ingredients
Cream
-
200 ml Sweet cream
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
170 g chocolate, dark
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
4 spoon Coffee, espresso
-
2 spoons Alcohol, Rum
-
150 ml Sweet cream
Steps
-
Chop the chocolate into pieces (or break it into chunks) and slowly melt it over a double boiler. Gently stir until it becomes smooth and silky, then remove the bowl with the melted chocolate from the double boiler and let it cool slightly.
-
Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls. Add sugar to the yolks and whisk them into a light, pale yellow cream, then mix in the cooled melted chocolate, rum, and coffee.
-
First, fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture, then gently fold in the egg whites. Be careful to mix slowly and gently to keep the airy bubbles in the mousse.
-
Spoon the mousse into glasses and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
-
Just before serving, whip the cream that will be used to decorate the mousse. Add vanilla sugar for flavor and aroma while whipping.
-
Take the glasses out of the refrigerator and pipe or spoon the whipped cream onto the mousse. Decorate the finished dessert with grated chocolate, ground cinnamon, chocolate or sugar sprinkles, etc.
