Ingredients
-
500 ml Milk, whole milk
-
3 spoons Sugar, white
-
1 piece Yeast, dry
-
1 kg Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
150 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
pieces Marmalade, orange
-
pieces Powdered sugar
Steps
-
In a bowl, gently heat 250 ml of Alpine milk with vanilla flavor, sugar, and yeast until lukewarm.
-
Once the yeast activates, set the bowl aside and add a mixture of flour, oil, the remaining milk, and salt. Knead the ingredients well until you get a smooth dough that separates from the bowl and your hands. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
-
Roll out the risen dough and cut it into squares. Place a small spoonful of jam in the center of each square, then fold the squares like little gifts and arrange them in a greased baking dish. Let them rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 180 °C until golden brown.
-
Let the baked buns cool until slightly warm, then dust them with powdered sugar and serve.
