Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Shake it well halfway through to ensure the almonds roast evenly. Remove the roasted almonds from the oven and let them cool.

Transfer the almonds to a food processor and grind them until they form an almost completely smooth almond mixture (approximately 10 minutes). Add honey and a pinch of salt, and continue grinding until the ingredients are well combined.

Pour the almond butter into a jar, seal it tightly, and store it in the refrigerator.
