Steps

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Line a deep baking tray with baking paper.

In a small bowl, melt the margarine and mix it with maple syrup, vanilla extract, and matcha powder.

In a larger bowl, mix the oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and a pinch of salt. Pour the hot mixture over the dry ingredients and stir everything well with a spoon.

Spread the oat mixture evenly over the baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then stir well with a spoon and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve the cooled granola with your favorite plant-based yogurt and fresh fruit.
