Homemade Cherry Ice Cream
For this summer dessert, you wont need an ice cream maker, as most of the work will be done by your freezer.

Ingredients

500 g cherries, fresh

50 g Sugar, white

1 bag Sugar, white

pieces Juice, lemon

1 dl Water

1 pinch Salt, table

1 spoon Koruzni škrob

500 ml Sweet cream

150 g Milk, whole milk

Steps

Wash the cherries, remove the pits, and place them in a bowl where you mix them with sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, water, salt, and cornstarch. Cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes, stirring several times during cooking. Let it cool.

Whip the cream until stiff, then add condensed milk and gently fold it in.

Fold in the cooled cherries, transfer everything to a freezer container, and place it in the freezer for 5 hours. Serve with fresh cherries and grated chocolate.
