Advice
When foam starts to form, stir the milk until the foam disappears. From one liter of milk, you can make approximately 0.5 liters of condensed milk. Once cooled, the condensed milk can be stored in jars, tightly sealed, and kept in the refrigerator. If you need unsweetened condensed milk, simply omit the sugar during preparation. Homemade condensed milk can also be made using boiling water (250 ml), powdered sugar (400 g), butter (55 g), and powdered milk (480 g). Mix the boiling water, butter, and sugar well in a mixer. Then gradually add 1/4 of the powdered milk at a time, mixing well after each addition.
