Ingredients
-
250 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 dl Oil, olive
-
1 twig Rosemary, fresh
-
60 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
1 dl Sour cream
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
pieces Water
-
250 g Chickpea, cooked
Steps
-
Rinse a sprig of rosemary under running water and dry it. Pluck the leaves and finely chop them. In a bowl, mix flour, olive oil, chopped rosemary, grated Parmesan, sour cream, and salt. Knead all the ingredients well until they form a dough. If the ingredients do not come together, add a little cold water.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking tray with parchment paper. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to the size of the baking tray. The dough should be about 3 mm thick. Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to the baking tray. Lightly score the dough with a knife into squares of any size. Place the tray in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the dough turns golden brown.
-
Remove the tray from the oven and let the dough cool slightly. Break the dough along the scored lines to form crackers.
-
Arrange the crackers on a serving plate and serve with chilled hummus.
