Ingredients

350 g Meat, pork, coal

200 g Meat, pork, fat

1 dl Water

3 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Cut the pork fat into cubes and the skin into short strips. Place everything into a smaller pot and add a little water. Place the pot on the stove. Cook over moderate heat for about 45 minutes. When the tougher parts of the skin no longer melt, slightly increase the temperature to fry the skin.

Prepare a fine sieve and drain everything well. Heat a pan on the stove. Quickly fry the cracklings in the pan without adding fat. Stir them until a crispy crust forms. Season the cracklings with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the cracklings on bread or as a side dish to various meals.
