Homemade Hot Dog

Ingredients

200 g Sauerkraut

5 spoon Mustard

2 piece Sausage, beer

400 g Bread, wheat

Place a pot on the stove and pour warm water into it. Prick the sausages with a fork in a few places to prevent them from bursting while cooking. Add the sausages to the pot and wait for the water to boil. Then remove the pot from the heat and drain the sausages.

Place a pan on the stove and heat three tablespoons of oil. Place the sausages on the heated oil and cook each side for about 3 minutes until a nice crispy crust forms on the surface.

Prepare 4 hot dog buns and cut them in half. Generously spread mustard on one half, add half of the kranjska sausage, and top it with sauerkraut to taste. Cover the prepared hot dogs with the other half of the bun, serve on plates, and enjoy.
