Ingredients
-
400 g Bread, wheat
-
500 g Meat, lamb, fillet
-
0.5 heads Salad, ice
-
0.5 heads Cabbage, fresh
-
2 piece Tomato, red
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
1 spoon Spices, paprika
-
500 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk
-
2 piece Chili peppers, jalapeƱo, in brine
-
2 dl Soup base, beef, cube
-
5 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Wash and dry the fillets. Place a pan on the stove and heat a little oil. Place the fillets in the pan and fry them on both sides until they get a nice brown color. Only after the meat is cooked, season it with salt and a bit of pepper. Using a good knife (meat slicer), cut the fillets into thin slices, then fry them again in the hot pan and sprinkle with a bit of ground paprika.
-
Clean the lettuce, wash it, and tear it into smaller pieces. Also wash the cabbage and tomatoes, and peel the onion. Slice the cabbage into strips, and cut the tomatoes and onion into rings.
-
For the sauce, mix yogurt, ground hot paprika, and sliced chili peppers in a bowl. Season with salt and mix well.
-
Cut the flatbreads in half and drizzle with broth base, then prepare a larger pan and heat some oil. Toast all the flatbread halves on both sides until the bread lightly browns. First, layer the bottom halves of the flatbreads with lettuce, tomato and onion rings, and meat slices. Pour the sauce over everything and close with the top halves of the flatbreads. Serve the prepared kebabs on plates and enjoy.
