Ingredients

1 kg Tomato, red

20 g Ginger, fresh

1 pod Garlic, fresh

100 ml Juice, pear

3 spoons Soy sauce, tamari

3 spoons Juice, orange

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 pinch Spices, curry powder
Steps

Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and remove the green parts. First, roughly chop them, then place them in a pot. Peel the garlic and ginger, finely chop them, and add them to the tomatoes.

Add pear juice, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, and orange juice. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and curry. Place the pot on the stove and slowly bring the mixture to a boil.

Cook uncovered over medium heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Once the ketchup thickens, let it cool to an appropriate temperature, serve it in a small bowl, and offer it to your guests.
