Ingredients

1 kg Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

5 pieces Egg, egg yolk, fresh

4 dl Water

1 dl Milk, whole milk
Steps

Mix flour, egg yolks, water, and milk into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into smaller pieces and roll them out thinly on a floured surface.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place baking paper on a baking tray and arrange the rolled-out dough pieces on it. Put the tray in the oven and bake until the mlinci turn golden and develop bubbles.

Let the baked mlinci cool, break them into a bowl, and pour hot water or broth over them. Drain any excess liquid and serve the mlinci at the table.

Advice
