Homemade Muesli
Muesli is the best choice for breakfast. It is healthy and quick to prepare: open the box, pour the contents into a bowl, add cows, rice, oat, or soy milk, and breakfast is ready. With this recipe, you can make it yourself, making it even healthier and cheaper.

450 g Oat bran, raw

150 g Nuts, almonds

90 g Seeds, sunflower, peeled, dried

90 g Seeds, pumpkin

1.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 teaspoon Salt, table

180 ml Pomegranate juice

2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower

60 ml Honey

80 ml Syrup, sweet

2 cups Dried plums

Turn on the oven and preheat it to 165 °C. Grease two baking trays well. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, mix the apple juice, oil, honey, and rice syrup. Stir and pour the mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly.

Spread the mixture onto both baking trays and bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes. Stir occasionally during baking to ensure even browning.

Remove the muesli from the oven. Immediately break up any larger clumps with a spatula. Wait for it to cool, then add the dried fruit.

Pour the muesli into a bowl and add milk. Serve.
