Homemade Napolitanke

Ingredients

4 pieces Cone, waffle

200 ml Milk, whole milk

50 g Sugar, white

1 piece Egg, fresh

40 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

1 bag Powdered sugar

30 ml Alcohol, Rum

250 g Butter, unsalted

250 g Powdered sugar

40 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
Steps

Cut the butter into pieces. In a separate bowl, crack the egg and whisk it with a hand whisk. Add the milk and rum, and mix everything well. Then mix in the sugar, flour, and vanilla sugar. Mix until you get a smooth mixture without lumps. Place a pot on the stove and pour the prepared mixture into it. Cook over moderate heat while stirring until you get a smooth and slightly thick cream.

Then remove the pot from the stove and mix in the softened butter pieces, powdered sugar, and cocoa. Whisk with a hand whisk until the cream becomes light and fluffy.

Prepare the first wafer and spread the prepared cream evenly over it, then place the second wafer on top. Repeat this process two more times. Weigh down the dessert and store it in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, cut the Napolitanke into pieces of your desired size, arrange them on a serving plate, and offer them to your guests.
