- Cooking Time: 12 minutes
- Difficulty: 1
- Spiciness: 0
- Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-
600 g Peanuts, raw
-
1 spoon Honey
-
1 spoon Oil, peanut
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Spread the peanuts in a single layer on a shallow baking tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking it well halfway through to ensure the peanuts roast evenly. When the nuts turn a nice golden brown, remove the tray from the oven and let the peanuts cool.
-
Once cooled, transfer the peanuts to an electric food processor and roughly chop them. Remove two tablespoons of the chopped peanuts, then continue to process the rest for 4 to 6 minutes, or until a nearly smooth peanut mixture forms.
-
Add honey, oil, and salt, and continue to process until the ingredients are well combined.
-
Mix the reserved chopped peanuts into the prepared peanut butter. Transfer the butter into a jar, seal it tightly, and store it in the refrigerator.
