Homemade Raffaello Balls
For many, there is no celebration without a good homemade coconut dessert. Among these, coconut balls hold a special place. They are loved by both young and old, and their preparation is not overly demanding or time-consuming, so we can leave it to the children while we focus on preparing other ingredients needed for a good homemade party or celebration.

Ingredients
Balls
-
2 bags Pudding, vanilla
-
5 dl Milk, whole milk
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
200 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Powdered sugar
-
150 g Coconut, flakes
-
80 g Coconut, flakes
-
pieces Nuts, almonds
Steps
-
According to the manufacturer's instructions, cook the pudding from milk, sugar, and pudding powder, then let it cool to room temperature. Stir the pudding several times while cooling to prevent a "skin" from forming on the surface (you can also cover it with a piece of transparent food wrap).
-
Using an electric mixer, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the cooled pudding and mix well until you get a completely smooth and uniform mixture, then stir in the coconut. Cover the bowl with the prepared mixture and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the mixture to cool and firm up.
-
Using clean hands, shape the cooled mixture into balls of any size, stuffing them with peeled almonds or hazelnuts. Finally, roll the balls in coconut flour, place them on a plate or platter, and serve.
