3 spoons Mayonnaise

4 spoon Sour cream

1 spoon Mustard

4 pieces Cucumbers, sour

1 pod Garlic, fresh

3 twigs Parsley, fresh

Steps

Drain the pickles, chop them very finely, and place them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard, and mix everything well with a whisk (you can also use a hand mixer). Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and chop it finely. Wash the parsley and chop it finely as well. Add the garlic and parsley to the bowl with the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and mix well again.

Place the tartar sauce in the refrigerator until ready to use or serve it immediately.
