Ingredients
-
800 g Meat, turkey, breasts
-
2 piece Onion, raw
-
4 pieces Carrot, fresh
-
1.5 spoons Wheat germ oil
-
6 twig Parsley, fresh
-
4 pods Garlic, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
3 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Wash the turkey meat and pat it dry. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Peel the carrot, wash it, and cut it into smaller pieces. Place a pot with oil on the stove, and once the oil is hot, add all the chopped vegetables, then place the turkey meat on top. Quickly sauté everything. While sautéing, peel and mince the garlic, then add it to the pot. Mix the ingredients, add two liters of water, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Once the soup comes to a boil, skim off the foam from the surface with a skimmer, reduce the heat, and simmer the soup uncovered on low heat for 45 minutes. Occasionally skim off the foam from the soup.
-
Remove the turkey meat from the soup, let it cool slightly, and remove the skin and bones. Cut the meat into smaller pieces or shred it by hand, then return it to the soup. Wash and roughly chop the parsley, then add it to the soup. Cook the soup for another 15 minutes.
-
Serve the cooked soup in bowls and accompany it with a piece of homemade bread.

Advice
If you want a less fatty soup, use white turkey meat without the skin, such as turkey breast. If you strain the remaining soup through a sieve, you get a base for a clear turkey soup, which can be frozen or used to prepare some dishes.
