Ingredients

600 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

0.75 bags Baking powder

300 g Powdered sugar

350 g Butter, unsalted

4 pieces Egg, egg yolk, fresh

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural

1 dl Sour cream
Steps

Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add sugar and diced butter. Mix the ingredients with your fingers until you get a crumbly mixture, then add the egg yolks, vanilla extract, and cream. Knead everything together into a dough.

Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap, then refrigerate it for half an hour to rest.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface (about 4 mm thick). Use a round cookie cutter to cut out cookies and place them on the baking tray.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges turn slightly brown.

Transfer the baked cookies to a serving plate, let them cool, and serve.
