500 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk
Steps
- Pour fresh milk into a pot and bring it to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and let the milk cool to a temperature between 38 and 42 degrees Celsius (approximately one hour). Mix yogurt into the milk. Pour the well-mixed yogurt into jars, cover them, and let them sit in a warm place for 6 hours.
