-
250 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
75 g Oat bran, raw
-
1 teaspoon Baking powder
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, nutmeg, ground
-
2 piece Banana, fresh
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
75 g Butter, unsalted
-
30 g Sugar, white
-
3 spoons Honey
-
175 ml Whey, sour, liquid

20 g Margarine
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease the muffin molds well with baking butter and lightly dust with flour. Place a small pot on the stove and melt the butter over moderate heat. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork, then whisk the egg. In a bowl, mix the bananas, egg, and melted butter well, then add sugar, honey, and vanilla sugar. Use a whisk to combine all ingredients until you get a smooth, liquid mixture.
-
In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, flour, baking powder, and grated nutmeg. Then add the liquid mixture to the bowl and quickly mix with a whisk until all ingredients are well moistened.
-
Fill the muffin molds three-quarters full with the batter. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for exactly 20 minutes, until the muffins rise and turn golden. Then remove them from the oven and let them cool completely. Serve them on a plate and enjoy.
