100 g Butter, unsalted

100 ml Honey
-
0.5 teaspoons Ginger, fresh

4 teaspoon Syrup, sweet
Steps

While constantly stirring, slowly heat the ingredients until the honey dissolves and mixes well with the orange juice and butter. Then add the remaining orange juice and sprinkle with ginger. Add the banana rounds and let them simmer on moderate heat for about 10 minutes. Occasionally baste the bananas with the sauce.

Very carefully remove the bananas from the pan. Drizzle the banana peel halves with the orange syrup and add the banana rounds. Serve the dessert on plates and offer it to your guests.

Advice
It is best to use organic oranges whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If they are not available, immerse the fruit in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
