0.5 dl Whey, sour, liquid

Peel the horseradish and grate it finely. Combine all the ingredients (grated horseradish, sour cream, buttermilk, salt, and pepper) in a kitchen mixer and mix on low speed until the ingredients are well combined.

Pour the sauce into a bowl and serve immediately, or store it in an airtight plastic container and keep it in the refrigerator.
