Steps
- Pour the sour cream into a bowl and whisk it smoothly with a hand whisk. Clean the horseradish, peel it, finely grate it, and mix it into the sour cream. Season the mixture with salt to taste, and optionally add a bit of lemon juice. Mix the horseradish cream well before serving and chill it.
