400 g Bread, wheat
-
4 pieces Frankfurter
-
2 spoons Wheat germ oil
-
4 teaspoon Mustard
-
300 g Cabbage, fresh
Steps
-
Place a pot on the stove and pour in warm water. If necessary, pierce the sausages in a few places with a toothpick to prevent them from bursting while cooking. Place the sausages in the pot and wait for the water to boil. Then remove the pot from the heat and drain the sausages.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat it up, then add two tablespoons of oil. Place the sausages on the heated oil and cook them for about 2 minutes on each side until a nice crispy crust forms on the surface.
-
Slice the hot dog buns lengthwise so that the two halves are still connected on one side. Spread about a teaspoon of mustard inside the buns, then add the grilled sausage and top it with the prepared cabbage salad. Serve the prepared snacks on plates and enjoy.
