Wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it finely. Place a pot with 1 liter of water on the stove and wait for it to boil. Meanwhile, wash the chili peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into smaller pieces. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.

Quickly rinse the tomatoes under running water, remove the stems, and immerse them in the pot of boiling water. Peel the tomatoes, cut the flesh into smaller pieces, and place them in a larger bowl.
