  • 3 cl Alcohol, Vodka

  • 2 cl Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe

  • 2 cl Juice, passion fruit

  • pieces Water

  • pieces Pomegranate

Steps

  1. Fill the glass and shaker with ice. Add vodka, apricot liqueur, and passion fruit puree to the shaker and mix all ingredients well.

  2. Remove the ice from the glass and pour the mixed base into it. Add one bar spoon of pomegranate caviar (see tips). Garnish the glass with a wolfberry.

Advice

Instead of caviar, you can use 1cl of pomegranate syrup, which is added to the cocktail at the end to create two color layers. Serve the cocktail in a cocktail glass.
