Ingredients
-
100 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
4 spoon Alcohol, Vodka
-
125 ml Sweet cream
-
1.5 spoons Sugar, white
-
120 g Cheese, creamy
-
2 teaspoons Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
1 teaspoon Coffee, espresso
Steps
-
Place the ladyfingers in a bowl and crush them into crumbs (you can also grind them in an electric grinder). Mix the crumbs with maraschino and let them sit for a while to soak.
-
Meanwhile, whip the cream together with sugar using an electric mixer, but do not whip it too stiffly. Slowly fold the mascarpone into the whipped cream, then add the soaked ladyfinger crumbs. Mix until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
-
Distribute the cream into small coffee cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
-
In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder and ground coffee. Take the chilled cream out of the refrigerator and sprinkle the top with the coffee and cocoa mixture. Serve the prepared dessert.
