Clean, wash, and dry the arugula and basil. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into larger rings.

Slice the baguette lengthwise so that the two halves are still connected on one side. Gently open it with your hands and fill it with arugula, basil, mozzarella slices, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives. Lightly press the baguette together, place it on a plate, and serve.
