Ingredients
-
4 pieces Meat, beef, fillet - lung roast
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
15 g Ginger, fresh
-
75 ml Soy sauce, shoyu
-
2 spoons Oil, peanut
-
1 piece Radish
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
2 teaspoons Wasabi
-
1 spoon Juice, lemon
Steps
-
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice. First, wash the steaks thoroughly, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Peel the garlic and ginger, press the garlic through a strong press, and finely grate the ginger. Combine both ingredients in a bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of peanut oil. Rub the steaks well with the prepared marinade, then place them in a bowl and cover. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let them marinate for at least 3 hours.
-
Light the charcoal. Peel the radish and finely grate it, salt it, and divide it into small bowls. Mix the wasabi in a bowl with one tablespoon of lemon juice and a little water to form a creamy paste, which is then distributed into the bowls with the radish. Mix the contents of the bowls well with a spoon. Wipe the marinated steaks dry.
-
Heat the grill strongly, oil it, and cook the steaks for 2 minutes on each side. Lift the grill and heat an iron pan strongly on the embers. Cut the steaks into slices, reassemble them, and serve in the hot pan. Serve with the radish and wasabi sauce and the remaining soy sauce on the side.
