Jellies with Foam and Gin
The perfect dessert for New Years Eve or any other party throughout the year, just make sure it doesnt end up in the hands of children. For them, you can prepare a version with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and juice, and you can safely omit the sugar.

Ingredients

5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

100 g Sugar, white

2 spoons Juice, lemon

2 bags Gelatin powder, unsweetened

0.5 dl Alcohol, Gin

Steps

Pour half of the sparkling wine into a cup, add lemon juice and sugar, and mix. Sprinkle gelatin on top and wait 10 minutes for it to swell.

Slowly heat over medium heat while stirring until the gelatin dissolves. The liquid should not boil.

Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the remaining sparkling wine and gin.

Pour into any jelly molds, or even a bread pan that has been lightly greased and lined with baking paper to make it easier to remove the jelly later.

Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours, then unmold the jelly (or jellies) and, if using a bread pan, cut it into pieces of any size. Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top before serving.
