Steps

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds, then place them in a bowl and mash well with a fork. Add vanilla extract and coconut milk, and mix everything together thoroughly. In another bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, sugar, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well. Grease a small baking dish (30 x 40 cm) with coconut oil. Spread the prepared batter evenly in the dish and smooth the top. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the remaining coconut butter in a small cup. Sprinkle coconut flour onto a shallow plate. Remove the cake from the dish and cut it into small squares. Brush the sides of the squares with the melted butter, then roll them in the coconut flour.
