Ingredients
Dressing
-
200 g chocolate, dark
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Semolina
-
20 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
100 g Sugar, white
-
0.5 bags Baking powder
-
1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
125 ml Milk, whole milk
-
125 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
0.5 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
5 pieces Apples, rose
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon), and in another, mix the wet ingredients (milk, oil, eggs, vanilla extract). Set aside the chocolate and butter for the glaze.
-
Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and quickly mix everything together. Then, fold in the peeled and grated apples.
-
Pour the mixture into a smaller square or rectangular baking dish (approximately 30 x 20 cm in size), which has been previously greased with butter, and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
-
Before the baking is complete, break the chocolate into a bowl and add the butter. Slowly melt the ingredients over a water bath and gently stir to create a smooth chocolate glaze. Pour the glaze over the hot pastry and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
-
Allow the pastry to cool to room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator for a while, as it will be easier to cut when well chilled. Serve with a cup of warm beverage.
