Steps

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg yolks, vanilla pudding, regular sugar, and vanilla sugar. In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, and baking powder.

In a larger bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. Mix until you get a light, pale yellow mixture, into which you slowly pour the oil and milk while continuously mixing. Sift the dry ingredients into the mixture and slowly mix on low speed until you get a smooth and uniform batter without lumps.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease a round cake pan with butter and dust it with flour (remove any excess flour). Pour the chocolate batter into the pan and place dollops of the cottage cheese mixture on top using a spoon. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Once baked, let it cool in the pan.

Carefully remove the cooled pastry from the pan and serve it on a plate or platter. Spread marmalade around the edges and then sprinkle with coconut. Serve the prepared dessert with a cup of warm beverage.
