Juicy Pork Chops with Onion
Pork neck is a very juicy, flavorful, and tender meat, suitable for quick preparation in a pan or on the grill. Slice it into slightly thicker chops and cook it together with onions in a pan. Serve it with a large bowl of salad for refreshment, or if you cant do without a side dish, we recommend potatoes.

Ingredients
-
pieces Meat, pork, neck
-
pieces Salt, table
-
2.5 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
2 piece Onion, raw
Steps
-
Peel the onion and cut it in half. Season the pork chops on both sides with pepper and salt.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Pour a little oil into it and spread it over the entire surface by tilting the pan left and right. Place the seasoned chops on the heated fat and let them cook on high heat for 2 minutes, until they are golden brown on the bottom side. Then flip the chops and add the onion halves to the pan (with the cut side facing down). Cook the chops for another 6 minutes, flipping them every minute to prevent burning.
-
Remove the cooked chops from the pan and serve them on plates. Add the roasted onion halves and let the chops rest for one minute. Serve with your chosen side dish and/or a bowl of salad.
