Ingredients

110 g Pine nuts
-
4 pieces Onion, raw

50 g Butter, unsalted

-

-
1 pinch Spices, poppy
polivka
-
1 spoon Sour cream
-
1 spoon Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk
Steps
-
Soak the bulgur in cold water for 1 hour and let it swell. Then drain it well and squeeze it with your hands to remove as much liquid as possible. Peel the onion, wash it, and finely chop it.
-
Place a pan on the stove and melt 10 g of butter. Add the onion and pine nuts to the pan and sauté while stirring until the onion becomes slightly translucent. Remove the pan from the heat and let the onion and pine nuts cool for a few minutes. In a large bowl, mix together the meat, bulgur, allspice, salt, pepper, and cloves. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined. Divide the mixture into 2 parts.
-
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish with the remaining butter and evenly spread one part of the mixture on the bottom. Distribute the pine nuts and onion over the mixture, then layer the second part of the meat mixture on top. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
-
Remove the baking dish from the oven and cut the dish into smaller pieces. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt and sour cream. Arrange the kibbee pieces on plates and drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
