Kinder Slices
An excellent dessert that will brighten up any celebration or party, and you can also prepare it just to treat your family. Kinder slices are made without using an oven, and you don’t need advanced pastry skills to make them.

Ingredients
Cookie bottom

250 g Breadcrumbs, dried

125 g Butter, unsalted

200 g chocolate, dark

500 g Cheese, creamy

100 g Powdered sugar

200 g Sweet cream

2 piece Gelatin powder, unsweetened
chocolate ganache

Steps

Grind the biscuits and pour melted butter over them. Mix well and transfer the mixture into a square mold with a side of 24 centimeters. Spread it evenly over the entire surface and press it down firmly so that the mixture doesn’t crumble and forms an even biscuit base. Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, and in the meantime, prepare the cream.

Melt the Kinder chocolates in the microwave. Be careful not to burn the chocolate, so heat it in short intervals of no more than 20 seconds.

Whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip the sweet cream separately until stiff, and soak the gelatin in cold water.

Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese and mix well. Squeeze the soaked gelatin sheets and melt them in the microwave or over a water bath. Mix the melted gelatin into the chocolate cream, and finally, gently fold in the whipped cream.

Spread the prepared cream over the biscuit base and distribute it evenly. Smooth the top and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Finally, prepare the chocolate ganache. Bring the sweet cream to a boil and pour it over the chocolate. Wait for the chocolate to melt, then mix well.

Pour the prepared ganache over the cooled cream. Place everything in the refrigerator for another hour.

Once everything is well chilled, cut the dessert into slices of any size and decorate as desired.
