Lactose-Free Tiramisu in a Glass
Tiramisu - a timeless classic that you can serve for any occasion and one that you simply cant go wrong with. Children also adore it, but in the kid-friendly version, dip the ladyfingers in cocoa instead of coffee. This popular Italian dessert is prepared this time with lactose-free dairy products, making it suitable for people who have trouble consuming milk and dairy products.

100 g Breadcrumbs, dried

3 pieces Egg, fresh

70 g Sugar, white

500 g Cheese, creamy

100 ml Coffee, espresso

Steps

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the tiramisu. Cut the ladyfingers into smaller pieces.

Separate the egg yolks and whites into two bowls. Add sugar to the yolks and beat them for about 10 minutes until you get a light, pale yellow cream. Add the mascarpone and mix well.

Add two tablespoons of sugar to the egg whites and beat them into stiff peaks, then gently fold them into the yolk cream.

Dip the ladyfingers into the cooled coffee, then place them at the bottom of the glasses. Cover the layer of ladyfingers with the cream. Add a new layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and top with the cream.

Chill the tiramisu well before serving. Just before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and decorate with whole ladyfingers.
