Lamb Kofta
Just like they prepare them in Greece, now you can also prepare them at home.

Ingredients

500 g Meat, lamb, fillet

1 teaspoon Spices, cumin seeds

1 teaspoon Spices, coriander - seeds

1 piece Onion, raw

2 pod Garlic, fresh

5 twig Mint

4 twig Rosemary, fresh

0.75 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Wash the rosemary and mint, and shake them well. Strip the mint and one sprig of rosemary, and finely chop the leaves. Peel the garlic and onion, and finely chop them.

In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, garlic, onion, mint, rosemary, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Knead the mixture well with your hands to evenly distribute the spices. Take a handful of the mixture and press it around the top of a skewer to form a long sausage shape. Repeat the process until all the mixture is used.

Heat a pan and add oil. Place the prepared koftas on the hot oil and cook them over moderate heat for 4 minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked koftas to plates and use rosemary sprigs as decoration.

Advice
You can optionally add cinnamon and chopped parsley to the meat mixture. The koftas can also be grilled.
