400 g Meat, lamb, fillet

200 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk
Steps

Peel the garlic and onion and finely chop them. Mix one chopped garlic clove with yogurt and place it in a small bowl for the sauce.

Thoroughly wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and green parts, then cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces. Also, wash the lettuce leaves well. First, wash the lamb and dry it with paper towels, then cut it into thin and small pieces.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Fry the pieces of meat for about 12 minutes, making sure they are evenly browned on all sides. Season the meat with salt and cayenne pepper to taste.

Place the lettuce leaves on the tortillas, then add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and lamb. Roll everything up and drizzle with the prepared sauce if desired, which can also be served separately.
