90 g Sugar, white
-
50 g Sugar, brown
-
25 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
40 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-

115 g Nuts, pecan
-
175 g chocolate, dark
-
115 g chocolate, dark
-
115 g chocolate, dark
Steps
-
Cut the white and milk chocolate into 5 mm pieces. Break the dark chocolate into smaller pieces. Cut the butter into smaller pieces. Place a saucepan on the stove and add the butter pieces and dark chocolate. Heat on low temperature and stir until the chocolate and butter melt. Then remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
-
In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add sugar and brown sugar. Using an electric mixer on high speed, mix everything together for 2 to 3 minutes. Then slightly reduce the speed and slowly pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture while continuously mixing. Then mix in the flour, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cocoa. Mix everything well. Finally, add the crushed pecans, chocolate chips, and pieces of white and milk chocolate. Mix everything well one last time.
-
Line the baking sheets with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Scoop the mixture onto both baking sheets. For each cookie, take a heaping tablespoon and place it on the baking sheet. Then spread the mixture with the back of the spoon to form a circle with a diameter of 7 cm. Leave about 10 cm of space between each cookie.
-
Then place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for 10 minutes. When the cookies are baked, they will crack slightly on the surface. Remove the baked cookies from the oven and wait for 2 minutes to let them cool slightly. Then carefully remove them from the baking sheet and place them on a wire rack to cool completely.
-
Arrange the cooled cookies on a serving plate and serve.

Advice
Store the cookies in an airtight container. The cookies should not be cold when removed from the baking sheet, as they will crumble. Instead of chocolate chips, you can also use regular chocolate, cut into smaller pieces.
