Large Salad with Ham

Ingredients

3 pieces Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

4 pieces Tomato, red

30 dag Ham, pressed

30 dag Cheese, edamame

1 cup Cheese, goat, soft

0.5 spoons Salt, table

2 pod Garlic, fresh

3 spoons Parsley, fresh

1 teaspoon Spices, thyme, dried
Steps

Slice the cucumber into thin rounds, then cut them into quarters. Slice the tomatoes thinly and toss them together with the cucumbers into a bowl.

Slice the ham thinly, then cut the slices into strips and dice them. Do the same with the Edam cheese. Toss both into the bowl and mix. Wash and chop the parsley, adding most of it to the salad and some to the homemade cheese. Mince the garlic and mix it into the homemade cheese as well.

Season the homemade cheese to taste, mix well, and fold it into the salad bowl. Finally, season the salad with a mix of Provencal herbs, divide it onto plates, and serve.

Provencal herbs are a mix of Mediterranean herbs: thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, savory, basil… Homemade cheese can be replaced with another crumbly cheese (e.g., feta, young cow or goat cheese,…).
