Ingredients
-
250 g Bread, wheat
-
4 pieces Salad, ice
-
5 pieces Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh
-
6 slice Cheese, edamame
-
6 slice Meat, turkey, breasts
-
4 slice Tomato, red
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Cut the French baguette in half and then slice both halves lengthwise. Save one half or use it. Wash the lettuce and dry it with a paper towel. If the leaves are too large, tear them into smaller pieces. Layer the lettuce leaves on the bottom slice of the baguette and add slices of cheese so they partially overlap.
-
Wash the tomato and dry it with a paper towel. Use a knife to remove the green stem, then slice it into rings of your desired thickness. Place a few slices on the cheese and save the rest. Lightly salt the tomato slices. Layer the turkey breast over the tomatoes.
-
Wash the cucumber and dry it, then slice it into thin rings. Place the cucumber rings over the turkey breast and add another layer of lettuce. Cover the sandwich with the top slice of bread, serve it, or wrap it in aluminum foil and save it for later.
