I am a big fan of pancakes, and its essential to have both savory and sweet ones on the menu. This time, I present you with a recipe for a pancake baked in the oven, called "the Dutch Baby Pancake". The pancake is very light and fluffy, and it can be topped with a variety of ingredients.

Steps

In a mixer, whisk the eggs, melted butter, salt, and almond milk until frothy. Add the flour and grated cheese, and mix everything well until you get a uniform mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased cast-iron skillet suitable for baking in the oven.

Bake the pancake at 240 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Once baked, top the pancake as desired (pesto, sautéed mushrooms, grated cheese, arugula or baby spinach, mixed seasonal vegetables, etc.) and serve while still warm.
